As you may have noted, these things are not written in stone and I'm not sure if the cat has more lives. Colorado law is pretty iffy here as to how many chances one gets but their efforts are designed to provide the homeowner with additional opportunities so they do not lose their home. Regardless of what anyone may feel towards him, I do applaud governments trying to find ways to keep people in their homes.

Posting this I feel is a reasonable public service as it indicates that monies are still tight for 123 and with all the sales that have been held and with all the announcements that they exceeded expectations, they do not appear to have generated sufficient funds to address obligations.
